3D Learner has developed valuable first steps to understand how your child learns best, for minimal or no investment.
STEP 1 – SUCCESS ASSESSMENT
Our 3D Learner Success Assessment is a no cost assessment you can do with your child to discover some of the challenges your child might have that have not been recognized. This will take about 15 minutes and includes a personalized debrief. If you have completed this assessment over a year ago, we suggest you retake it or consider the next step.
STEP 2 – THE COMPREHENSIVE EDUCATIONAL ASSESSMENT that allows us to tailor solutions to meet your child’s needs
Our Comprehensive Educational Assessment completed through a personal Zoom meeting with your child – 1-1/2 hours for children K-3rd grade, 3 hours for 4th grade and up, can be completed over 2 days, plus parent debrief.
This comprehensive educational assessment includes:
- Reading comprehension, math and writing
- Visual acuity (i.e. how well one sees) and visual processing (i.e. how well the two eyes work together on a variety of tasks)
- Working memory
- Structure of Intellect Abilities Assessment ®
This comprehensive educational assessment allows us to:
- Identify how your child learns best
- Understand the student’s strengths and challenges on a number of important sub-skills (e.g. sequencing, visual closure, evaluation skills, creativity, visual and auditory memory etc.)
- Screen for visual and auditory challenges
- Know where your child is at – with most students out of school since March 2020, a number of students we have tested this summer have fallen further behind since March
- Provide you with suggestions to help your child at home and with schooling
- Tailor a program that capitalizes on your child’s strengths, addresses their challenges and allows them to succeed in months not years

THE 3D LEARNER FOCUS ASSESSMENT
Our 3D Learner Focus Assessment is completed through a personal Zoom meeting with you and your child.
This assessment, which takes about an hour, is a $97 investment where we assess:
- Your child’s reading, math and writing
- Visual acuity and visual processing skills
- Working memory and motor skills
We will share with you the results of this assessment, once completed. Results will include:
- Your child’s present level of academic performance in these 3 key areas
- Other issues that might be holding your child back
- Provide you with suggestions to help your child at home and with schooling
- Program options
